If I saw something like that coming towards me, I'd just crap and die - honestly, there's no better way to put it. It's easy to see why even the bathroom isn't a safe place. How scarey is that!
I have never seen hail that size. It can kill a person. It's like being stoned to death!
I hope you are safe now and the tornado has dissipated (do they do that?) - I hope it's all gone!
OMG! Where did that hail come from? North? South? We are only a few short miles from you and we never saw hail Sunday. We got some last monday that was golf ball to baseball but where in the world did the greatfruit come from? I knew it had hit the north side but I didnt know it hit the south at all. Scary! I have had a hard time keeping my mind from thinking of all the animals that could not get out from the storm. Poor babies. I hope they are all ok.
That's me, attempting my very first granny square! My, how time flies when you're having fun! I'm married to a sweet and patient man who produces commercials for a local TV station, and I'm the mother of two beautiful daughters, 28 and 11, and two rescue greyhounds. I love to crochet, and I love to spend time browsing and shopping for anything that's yarn-related. Since Thanksgiving, 2008, when I crocheted my very first granny square, my hooks and yarn are never far away. In fact, my life has been taken over by mountains of beautiful yarn!
Feel free to ride along with me on this journey, and we can share our accomplishments and frustrations with each other.
I can't imagine what those people have to be going through.

I am speechless. I don't know what I'd say other than "Holy Hell! Get me outta here!"
ReplyDeleteMy same sentiments as Bev ... I am speechless. And the size of the hail. Good heavens, that you God that you and your family are ok.
ReplyDeleteSO GLAD YOU ALL MADE IT AND EVERYONE THERE IS FINE. TAKE CARE AND BE SAFE.
