TYING UP SOME LOOSE ENDS!

Get it, tying up some loose ends? Greyhound running with the yarn unraveling? Okay, maybe it's my own private little giggle! :)  Well, I just got the permission I needed to properly credit the designer of my new blog heading, so . . . (drum roll) . . . it was ingeniously created by Pammy Sue and her husband, Barnaby! What a fantastic job they did. I had always worried that people would think I didn't know how to spell the word "Great", so I wanted something to show my love for both of my passions, Greyhounds and crochet. I think the new logo pretty much says it all! Thanks so much to Pammy Sue and Barnaby for taking the time to do this for me. I'm conjuring up something really special for them to show my appreciation.

It's back to the grind here on this gray and HUMID Monday! No more recuperating for the weary. I enjoyed my weekend of rest and relaxation so much and really got spoiled to having JC and Hunter wait on me. I don't want any more trips to the hospital, and I don't want to lie around in recuperation mode, so I'm just going to have to figure out some other way to have more "Rest and Relaxation" weekends!

Happy Monday, everyone! Talk to you soon . . . . .

  1. I love it!

(You'll find the post about the mood scarf not too far down. It's called a new group on ravelry. Every day I add a few rows to my scarf, depending on the mood, in either bright or dark colors. I am choosing only to be either "sunny" or "cloudy". I have found if I work on it first thing in the morning then it reminds me that I can choose what kind of day I will have so I always start out sunny. If something else happens during the day then I can add some dark. It's a year-long project so we'll see.)

  3. Well, I didn't have a thing to do with it, but Barnaby says you are very welcome and he's glad you like it. He wanted to know if you changed your colors to match or if that was just a coincidence. I told him you had changed it. I think it looks great as a header picture. You couldn't see the detail as well if you shrunk it down for a button.
